Proof of Politics Network ("PoP Network," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website proofofpolitics.net and related services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about what data we collect and how we use it.
When you sign up for early access, we collect your first name, last name (optional), and email address. If you complete our survey, we collect your responses — age range, issue interests, and opinions on political tools. Survey responses are stored separately from your email and are used only in aggregate.
We also collect standard web analytics data including page views, referral sources, and browser type. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Your email address is used to send you updates about the PoP Network, including launch announcements and opportunities to participate. Survey data helps us decide which communities to build first. We analyze survey responses in aggregate only — we do not share individual responses with anyone.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any political campaign, political party, PAC, super PAC, or third-party advertiser. We will never share your individual survey responses. We will never use your data for targeted political advertising. Your trust is foundational to everything we're building.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use Supabase for database infrastructure with row-level security policies that restrict data access. Only authorized team members can view individual records.
We use minimal analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not participate in cross-site tracking.
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can request deletion of all your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We use the following third-party services to operate: Resend (email delivery), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Cloudflare (security and performance). Each operates under its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with any parties beyond what is necessary to operate these services.
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
